Space to Grow: AGRI-EPI Centre

Dr. Daniel Simms, Research Fellow in Remote Sensing & GIS, Cranfield University

Helping farmers and business owners become more profitable and sustainable

Earth observation gives us the resolution, temporal and multispectral capability which allow us to understand crop health and crop type at speed and scale.  The AGRI-EPI Centre, a brand new UK Innovation Centre set up to deliver R&D, training and services around precision agriculture, is linking with industry and farmers to monitor key sectors throughout the entire processing chain and improve agricultural performance and variance.
